MDB is a small business that does its primary contracting with the federal government through Consolidated Schedule GS-00F-0001S. Occasional grant applications are also submitted by MDB for research projects. The key contractual elements required for doing business with MDB are: (1) an agreed upon statement of work, (2) the tasks to be completed, GSA Contract Holder(3) a list of deliverables, (4) the scheduled milestones, (5) the price, (6) the billing and terms of payment, and (7) the general terms and conditions. We will begin work immediately upon receipt of a duly authorized contract.
