MDB has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This vehicle can be accessed by all NIH
Institutes and Centers. A BPA is a mechanism to make it easy for designated ordering officers in various program offices to place orders without having to go
through a formal process with their Contracting Officers. NIH users can find information about the BPA program on

Orders placed against the BPA are subject to a maximum limitation of $500,000.00.
