Linked EPA CWSRF Funding to Social Data Indicators

MDB conducted a study examining the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program. The study presented a methodology for analyzing the expenditure of CWSRF funds and the assistance made through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The study also explored the amounts and types of past CWSRF assistance given to communities of varying socioeconomic status, established a baseline for comparison, and suggested a process for future analysis of CWSRF assistance.
