Program Evaluation

Effective program implementation, after a statute is passed and regulations are developed, can be the most critical aspect of achieving a program’s intended results. MDB staff has provided key support to major evaluations of EPA and NIH programs. These structured evaluations have resulted in valuable recommendations for program improvement. Our staff apply this valuable experience to assess existing or new programs, providing management with options for program enhancement or redesign.
