Underrepresented Populations
MDB is dedicated to understanding, addressing and proactively decreasing disparities that exist in today’s educational, health and economic environments. MDB has many years of experience working on campaigns and efforts that target underrepresented populations. The Knowledge Equity Institute, MDB’s non-profit arm, targets its activities on the segments of society who are most affected by such disparities, particularly women and minorities.
MDB has years of experience supporting federally funded activities intended to increase the numbers of minorities entering Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers by designing, implementing and providing technical support.
