MDB’s experience includes conducting studies that support critical environmental and public-health decisions. We provide quality systems and risk assessments to gather and
analyze data to ensure successful implementation of conceptual and operational framework for programs, grants, or funds that serve to empower disadvantaged communities.
MDB staff has practice in:
- Creating common understanding through issue research and analysis.
- Conducting surveys and group discussions in order to discover insight into key issues.
- Developing a methodology for analyzing how EPA’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) water-program funds
for the Office of Wastewater Management are spent, particularly with regards to disadvantaged communities.
- Conducting cumulative risk assessment and the steps necessary to perform such an assessment.
- Researching and developing Green Jobs training initiatives under NIEHS for underrepresented populations in brownfield communities.
