Litigation Support

Although MDB is primarily a federal government contractor, it also provides litigation and expert-witness support to private-sector clients in circumstances that do not pose a conflict of interest. This litigation support may include preparation of an expert report, affidavit preparation, and testimony during court proceedings. MDB’s in-house team consists of a former Assistant Administrator for the EPA’s Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, a former Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Labor, a former Deputy Director of the national EPA Superfund Program, a former Director of the national Brownfields Program, and several other former EPA Senior Executive Service (SES) officials and staff with decades of strategic-consulting experience.
