AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND MDB, Inc.

INFORMATION AND USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES
MDB does not collect, share, or use personal information from users other than keeping track of the pages our customers visit within the Site. These "Web logs" track user IP addresses in order to determine which portion of the Site is most popular and to determine what topics are of most interest.
If required to do so, MDB reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
