BPA Contract Number ED-ESE-15-A-0026 – Department of Education Meetings and Events Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Period of Performance: September 28, 2015 to September 27, 2020

MDB has been awarded a BPA by the Department of Education that can be accessed by multiple offices within the Department of Education. A BPA is a mechanism under which designated officers in various program offices may place orders for services without going through a formal process with their Contracting Officers.

Under our BPA with the Department of Education, MDB can provide logistical support for events, including a conference, convening, retreat, seminar, symposium, training, webinar, workshop, or other meeting where people assemble (in-person or virtually) to exchange information and views, or to explore or clarify a defined subject, problem, or area of knowledge. Any event with attendee travel is included. Task orders may include services such as content creation if they are in direct support of a meeting or conference. Specific task areas are:

  • Communications with the Department and Project Management
  • Meeting and Conference Support
  • Produce Standard Meeting Materials and Procedures
  • Website Design, Development, and Maintenance Support/Internet Support
  • Coordination of Document Production and Dissemination
  • Communication and Marketing Services

Each of these services is tied to MDB’s GSA Consolidated Federal Supply Schedule contract GS-00F-0001S. Orders placed against the BPA are subject to a maximum limitation of $500,000.00.
