Justin Ramsey, P.E., brings over 30 years of expertise in water and wastewater design, construction administration, and utility management. A licensed professional engineer in multiple states, he has participated in the design and construction of treatment, conveyance and disposal facilities across the Southwest. In addition, he holds operator certifications in Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection, and Wastewater Treatment Operations. Justin has also managed water and sewer districts, advised regulatory agencies, developed regulations, and delivered specialized training classes and seminars. His career reflects a commitment to advancing public health and infrastructure through practical engineering and regulatory collaboration. Based in Colorado, Justin is an avid backcountry skier who enjoys the challenge of long climbs followed by quick descents.
